How do I "work" an Internet lead?
An Internet lead is like any other lead, only better. The customer has spent the time to answer over 25 probing questions and has demonstrated a need or want by doing so. The lead you receive will have enough information on it to almost completely fill out a 1003. We have purposely left some questions unasked so that you will have something to talk about with your customer. Click here to see a sample lead.

What happens if I get a duplicate lead or a lead that does not fit my criteria?
Our proprietary software is very accurate and it will be unlikely that you will ever receive a duplicate lead or a lead that does not fit your criteria from The LeadzStore. However, in the event that you do, simply fax a copy of the lead to (847) 257-2005 and we will replace it promptly.

What if I get a lead with a "bad" or disconnected phone number?
While our system does automatically check for valid phone numbers before putting a lead out, if the number has been disconnected or is a valid number but the wrong person simply fax a copy of the lead to (847) 257-2005 and we will replace it promptly.

How many leads will I close?
How many leads you close is entirely in your hands or your LO's. It really depends on the sales skills and industry knowledge of the originator.

What happens if my computer goes down or I lose my Internet connection?
We prefer to send your leads by email and will send them to you in several different formats. If your Internet connection goes down we will be happy to fax your leads, just give us call to let us know.

Can I re-solicit the leads I purchase?
We encourage you to re-solicit the leads you purchase. You may not however, re-sell or pass these leads on to another entity. Our leads are notified at the time they complete our application that your company will be calling them and they are expecting your call. If another company calls them they won't know who they are. We lose creditability, and you lose a marketing and moneymaking resource.

Can I upload the leads directly into my LOS software?
If your LOS accepts ASCII formats you most certainly can!

How long does it take to close an Internet lead?
It does not take any longer to close an Internet lead than any other. It depends on your customer's motivation, the sales skills of yourself or your employees, and the workload of your processing staff and that of your lenders.
